I thought the recruitment process was really good as it added a personal touch to joining, which was really appreciated. Too often you just get treated as a number so it was a refreshing change. The team have been really welcoming and I feel very settled with everyone.

The recruitment process for joining RDT was good! I was always kept in the loop with how things were going and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions when needed.

As a graduate with no prior experience in the working world, breaking into the tech industry was tough. However, RDT has provided me an invaluable opportunity. My experience being recruited by RDT was smooth, swift, and stress free. Furthermore, the process was not dragged out, nor were there any long periods of silence. RDT kept me informed during every step of the process with clear lines of communication as well as addressing any concerns I raised with respect and openness. 

I have enjoyed everything I have learnt so far and am looking forward to carrying on learning and developing.
