Hi, I’m Elliott Green and I joined RDT as a business development executive in April 2017. My role here means that I am charged with going out and making new connections within the insurance industry and ultimately identifying new business opportunities.
Before joining RDT I spent seven years at a well-known insurance broker, after which I moved to a company where I was selling their insurance-based software. So altogether I have plenty of experience when it comes to understanding what insurers want and need.
RDT is at a growth stage right now, with more staff and clients being brought on board, and it’s fantastic to work here at such an exciting time. I also really enjoy being at a company where the staff aren’t just fantastic at their jobs but are also really sociable. I feel like we are all building something that will make a big difference to the insurance industry and there is a rollercoaster ride ahead of us!
Outside of work I am a lifelong rugby player and Saints FC fan – I’m from Southampton originally. I also recently got married to Rachel, the mother of my two-year-old daughter, Ophelia.
