Release Engineer – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary – Circa £35,000 to £50,000 DOE

The Release Engineer reports directly to the Release Manager and assists with the overall responsibility for the end-to-end Release process and delivery of RDT’s products to its customers.

The Release Engineer forms a key part of the Release Team in the management of releasing our software and overseeing dependent processes to achieve this such as documentation and pipeline management. The Release Engineer is responsible for ensuring the high quality of releases and helps with the delivery of releases against the release schedule.

Software Engineer – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary up to £60,000 DOE

Software Engineers work closely with solution architects, software engineers, database specialists, business analysts and test analysts. A Software Engineer role is fundamental, ensuring we continue to deliver solutions that meet our high standards. Yours is a key role in liaising with your immediate team and, at times, our customers and third parties. You will provide input to technical solutions, help analyse business requirements, produce technical designs and fulfil development of projects to delivery.

Salary – £35,000 to £45,000 DOE

Senior Software Engineer (Web) – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary – Circa £75,000 to £85,000 DOE

Senior Software Engineers work closely with solution architects, software engineers, database specialists, business analysts and test analysts. The Senior Software Engineer role is fundamental and highly specialist, ensuring we continue to deliver solutions that meet our high standards.

Yours is a key role in liaising with your immediate team and, at times, our customers and third parties. You will provide input to technical solutions, help analyse business requirements, produce technical designs and fulfil development of projects to delivery.

Lead Solution Architect (Web) – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary – Circa £75,000 DOE

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lead Solution Architect (Web) to provide technical leadership and architectural support across all web development within delivery teams.

Reporting directly to the CIO, you will be responsible for the web technologies and driving the web strategic direction as well as a member of a cross company Architecture and Design Authority, working with the other Lead Solutions Architects and Team Solutions Architects. You will be responsible for helping to define the broader technical strategy, design and direction of the company and influencing the whole team to build solutions which achieve functionality, usability, performance, scalability, security, reliability and longevity.

In short, the Lead Solutions Architect (Web) will lead the direction and adoption of web technologies, frameworks, tooling and architecture whilst ensuring these are clearly communicated. You will be responsible for consistent web software design and implementation across  teams leading the agreement of standards via the Architecture Design and web forums.

Business Analyst – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary – Circa £40,000 to £55,000 DOE

The Business Analysis team is responsible for supporting the design and development of both custom and core product features. Business Analysts work with domain experts to solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document solutions.

The Business Analyst is the clarifier of ambiguity between the Customer and Scrum Team, responsible for writing user stories and acceptance criteria to the level of granularity required by the team, in collaboration with the team. They are the domain expert on the team who understands the business problem/need, making sure what the team delivers is aligned to RDT company objectives and meets customer’s needs.

Junior QA Engineer & QA Engineer – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary – Circa £20,000 to £45,000 DOE

The Junior QA & QA Engineer roles at RDT are fundamental to helping with our QA approach within the company. The Junior QA & QA Engineer will work within an agile scrum based delivery team as the ‘champion of quality’. As a Junior QA/QA Engineer you will work with others in the QA team to drive the improvement of processes and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in moving Quality forward.

Project Manager – Kings Hill, Kent

Salary – Circa £45,000-£55,000 DOE

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support and assist the Product Owners or Programme Managers in the full implementation of a software development project for RDT.

You will help manage the delivery of software development and implementation projects for both internal RDT projects and for external RDT customers.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside other internal teams as well as with our clients to ensure the project is delivered within budget and crucially on time.

Senior QA Engineer – Adelaide, Australia

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our office in Adelaide, South Australia as a Senior QA Engineer. This role at RDT is fundamental to helping with our QA approach within the company. The Senior QA Engineer will work within a remote agile scrum team, as the ‘champion of quality’. As a Senior QA Engineer you will work with others in the UK  based QA team, to drive the improvement of processes and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong Automation skills (in SpecFlow / Cucumber) and is interested in moving Quality forward.
