Part-time Development Support Engineer (Flexible hours)
Our Development Support Engineers work with our clients as their business and the market evolves by supporting coding changes to the RDT developed system that they use. Our people are software specialists with excellent coding skills and are fundamental to ensuring we continue to deliver solutions and customer experiences that meet our high standards.
The role reports directly to the Lead Software Engineers and works closely with architects, database specialists, business analysts, QA’s and other software engineers in an agile environment, yours is a key role in liaising with your team, our customers and, at times, third parties. You will be a point of escalation within the Client Support Team for resolving complex customer issues and delivering fixes.
There are elements of this role that we can upskill people on and so we seek candidates who are keen to get back into the software space. We can also offer flexible working arrangements for successful candidates. Business Development Executive
The purpose of this role is to generate new business software sales within the General insurance sector from new clients and some existing client relationships. You will be working closely with the Pre-Sales, Marketing and client services Teams whilst liaising with and being accountable to the Sales and Marketing Director, reporting pipeline progress on a regular basis.
This is a relatively standalone role with currently no direct team management responsibilities. There is a requirement to work in a matrixed managed environment where having the skills and ability to influence and gain support from within the business are paramount.

Senior QA Engineer (Australia)
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join the team in Adelaide, South Australia. This role is fundamental to helping with our QA approach within the company. The Senior QA Engineer will work within a remote agile scrum team, as the ‘champion of quality’. As a Senior QA Engineer you will work with others in the UK based QA team, to drive the improvement of processes and tools. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in moving Quality forward.

The successful candidate will be fundamental in driving the improvement of processes, tools and reinforcing the quality standards with in our agile delivery teams. Senior Database Engineer (DBA) – 6 month Contract
RDT is a Lean Software Engineering organisation and as such we focus on the key elements of delivery that make us highly efficient such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and build and deployment automation. Unlike traditional Software houses we don’t just do this internally, but bake it into our products to ensure that we provide our customers with our tools and also our experience.
As part of the Technology team, which also includes Engineering and Innovation, the Senior Database Engineer is a key role to improve and enhance the data import staging and validation process for our clients and shape the right data processes to support our product delivery.
The role requires someone with strong experience in data import using SQL Server Integration Services who is familiar with working in a collaborative Agile environment.
