Senior QA Engineer – Kings Hill
The Senior QA Engineer role at RDT is fundamental to helping with our QA approach within the company. The Senior QA Engineer will work within an agile scrum based delivery team as the ‘champion of quality’. As a Senior QA Engineer you will work with others in the QA team to drive the improvement of processes and tools; along with assisting the development and up-skilling of fellow team members. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in moving Quality forward.
The Business Analysis team is responsible for supporting the design and development of both custom and core product features. Business Analysts work with domain experts to solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document solutions.
The Business Analyst is the clarifier of ambiguity between the Customer and Scrum Team, responsible for writing user stories and acceptance criteria to the level of granularity required by the team, in collaboration with the team. They are the domain expert on the team who understands the business problem/need, making sure what the team delivers is aligned to RDT company objectives and meets customer’s needs.
Service Desk Supervisor
The Service Desk Supervisor will report initially to the Head of IT Operations. This crucial position is responsible for the client facing service desk team taking second and third line requests from RDT’s client base. This is an exciting new position which will boost the current client support. A Key initial element of this role is to push ITIL based working practices through the department and wider organisation, helping shape customer service excellence.
