RDT’s delegates had an interesting and informative day at the Insurance Network Strategic Claims Conference 2016 last Thursday (March 3). We sponsored the well-attended ‘Claims Service for 2020’ workshop, and the presentation given by our Group Product Owner Michael Boucher was received positively.
