The Parliamentary Review has cited RDT as a leading example of how to encourage women into technology jobs.
An article published on the organisation’s website this week discusses how Facebook CEO Mark Zukerberg invited eight men but only one woman to a meeting to discuss the future of technology. The article then focuses on RDT as an example of a business that works positively to tackle the underrepresentation of women in technology.
RDT is committed to encouraging young women to consider careers in the technology space. We aim to educate and inspire them by providing outreach programmes at local schools and work experience placements in our Kent headquarters.
The Parliamentary Review is a series of independent publications aiming to share best practice among policy makers and business leaders, while its website also publishes news and current affairs. RDT was featured in last year’s magazine with article by our CEO, Mark Bates, about the history of the company and the way it operates.
