RDT’s people, together with their families, were rewarded for their hard work and commitment over the past year with an enjoyable day out at Port Lympne zoo last weekend.
Port Lympne is part of the Aspinall Foundation, which is committed to animal conservation. The zoo is home to more than 760 animals from 78 rare and endangered species, and gives visitors the opportunity to take a ‘safari ride’ to see lots of them roaming freely. Others such as lions, tigers, gorillas and wolves are held in large enclosures and employees were lucky enough to see these and many other species very close up.
At RDT we recognise the input of our people – and we enjoy spending social time together. It is also important to acknowledge the support networks behind our people and spoil the wider RDT family too.
Our wonderful, fun day was finished off with a fantastic BBQ, a few cheeky drinks (!) and games enjoyed in the amazing surroundings of Aspinall House.
